How do I know if my art works?

You can submit a sample of your art file using the contact form. I will check your file and make any necessary recommendations.

How do I send you my files for printing?

After you successfully complete an order you will be taken to a Order confirmation page. There is an “Upload Files” section below “Order Details”. You upload your files in the appropriate boxes.

Do you print other items?

Yes, I do offer printing services for other products. If you need a product that is not listed please contact me for a quote.

How can I track my order?

How do I send you my audio / data and art files?

After you successfully complete an order you will be taken to a Order confirmation page. There is an “Upload Files” section below “Order Details”. You upload your files in the appropriate boxes.

How many songs can I put on a CD?

You can have up to 80 minutes of audio or an average of 15 – 18 songs.

Can you send me blank CDs with my art printed?

Yes, I can do a “print only” option. Please be sure to contact me or leave a note when you place your order stating that you don’t want duplication. If you choose this option there is no way for me to guarantee that your disc will be compatible with your cd drive (burner).

Can you add ISRC Codes?

Yes, I can add your (provided) ISRC Codes to each track on the disc. I can also add your EAN/UPC codes to the disc.

How do I know if my art works?

You can submit a sample of your art file using the contact form. I will check your file and make any necessary recommendations.

Will the CD show track tites?

It depends. I write “CD-Text” to each CD. If your audio files are labeled, your tracks will have the info written to the disc. Not all CD players have the ability to read CD-Text.

Can I split my order?

If you want to duplicate / print more than one version of a CD with different art or files, you will need to place separate orders for each version.

Is this a stick on label?

No, this is not a stick on label. The art is printed directly to the disc.

How do I send you my art file(s)?

How thick are the passes?

My Event Passes are made with “10 mil.” laminate material.

Can I order horizontal (wide) passes?

Yes, I can create horizontal (landscape) badges. Just send me a note requesting a wide pass when you place your order. Then upload your art in a landscape format. Holes will be punched on the long side.

Do the passes come with a hole punched?

Yes, the passes come with the pre made hole. The hole is “slot” punched (rounded rectangle shape). Perfect for attaching lanyards of all types.

What are the shipping times?

USPS Media Mail: 2-9 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

USPS International: 7-28 business days

FedEx Ground: 3-5 business days

Who do you ship with?

I use USPS to ship CDs, DVDs and Event Passes in the US and International. FedEx Ground for printed items such as FlyersBusiness Cards and CD Inserts.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes, I ship to most International countries using USPS. International shipping times are 14 business days on average. Expedited shipping is available, you must enter your shipping information to see international shipping options.

How can I track my order?

Where's my free shipping?

If free shipping is not automatically selected, use the drop down to select “Free Shipping”. It is usually listed above the USPS options.

Is this site safe?

Yes, this site is safe to view and shop. No financial information is held on my server. All transaction are handled through PayPal. All billing information is kept safe in your PayPal account. I don’t even have access to your billing info.

How do I see shipping charges?

Where do I enter a coupon code?

You can enter your coupon code in the coupon code box on the shopping cart page.

I tweeted / liked the page. Where's my discount code?

When you click on the “Like or Share and Get 10% Off This Order!” it will automatically add the coupon code to the order. If it does not, you can manually enter the coupon code “viralcoupon” in the coupon code box. *This code will only work if you have clicked on one of the social media sharing buttons.
